Hi Cathy! Yes, I can help with the infamous spaceball.gif question on Flickr. If someone posts a picture and sets the rights to "all rights reserved" -- which is Flickr's default setting -- other people who try to download that picture will get "spaceball.gif" instead of the picture. It's Flickr's way of protecting artist's rights. People who want to share pictures have to change the rights to one of the Creative Commons settings, which allow file sharing. I and many others on Flickr frequently forget to do this (change the rights) when uploading files to share, so even if someone means to share a file and posts it to a group meant for sharing, you can get the spaceball! If it happens and you're downloading it from a group meant for sharing images (like Collage Images for example) then just send FlickrMail to the person who posted it and ask if they could please change the rights to CC.
Hi, Cathy...I sure appreciate your 'Alice' entry...Love that you got original - didn't just use a theme from the book. Also love the 'woodsy' setting - it's so pretty. Hi Cathy, until I get back to the shop and take closeups, the only thing to do is go to my page, click on ''View All" on my picture window and go to the first photo with the shot of the whole table. Then click on the full size button and wait for the orange button to appear at the lower right, it will enlarge the screen and you can scroll back and forth and see the earrings !
