Have been madly working on all sorts of things lately. This is a journal cover created for a secret santa pressie in my scrapping group. Not my photo actually it was taken by the recipient who liked it, (yahoo always a worry that they wont!)
here's my latest effort a mixed media collage 30x40cm ( I think that's approx 12 x 16 in inches) A mixture of acrylics and luminatre water colours (love these paints, yummm!). The water surrounding the koi has clear micro beads added (dont think you can see it in the shot here) and the butterflies are pulling text and small pearls on fine gold embroidery threads. Text reads "the pearls of wisdom speak only to the heart and the soul". I love to combine text with images to get my ideas accross. I'm always fearful that people won't get it if I don't:) tfl

Okay have been digging around and finally found some pics of my own feline family member, and here he is ....Cadbury, so named after an Aussie chocolate compay as that was his kitten colour, dark chocolate, before he grew into his lovely present creamy milk coffee colours.
