I have had my 14 year old granddaughter visiting me from Washington state since last Tuesday. We have been crafting, cooking, playing cards and visiting with family. tomorrow we are going to an art/craft show at the Mikkelson Mind and Matter Art Gallery. Do you remember this event? - every year they have 2 weekends a year that artisans from all over set up their booths/tables and sell their wares. I have been going to it for about 15 years with friends, but this will be a first for Miss M.
I live on the White Rock side of the street, if you know what I mean...

- I am Canadian as well, Diana. Familiar with White Rock, as my parents lived just across the King George Highway in Surrey prior to their passing a number of years ago. I live in Manitoba but was in White Rock in December as my brother passed away and my nephew's wife and I went to White Rock for fish and chips one day...a must in my book!
