In reality I hope it doesnt snow til at least mid December but I doubt that my wish will come true.

So if it must snow, well then Let It Snow!!!!

Here's my Let it Snow -- 4x6 card with encaustic background. and that's silver glitter in the background not pieces of dirt even tho it looks like dirt!"

There are some excellent photoshop tutorials around for photoshop Lynda.
Here is one you might want to try. I used same technique for creating a wet looking cat.

Lovely idea Sherry. Curious to know what you used to get the ice effect on the lower half of jigsaw piece?

Thanks Heather. I used some Golden's Soft Gel (Gloss) and I put it on quite thickly to make it look like snow.
I love the icicles in your piece too.

I am going to put an old one from last year in here, getting quite busy at the moment and if I have time will replace with a new one. I actually called this "Let It Snow" so it fits in very well. It was just a little fun at the time but I must admit I quite like it.

Lovely work everyone! It was going to snow here on Nov. 25th or so the weatherman said but it didn't. I was going to take a photo of snow as my entry but then when it didn't snow I got busy and forgot about this pocket packet theme until it was too late to enter. Oh well! There's always next time :)
